Onelink Standard Service - Next-in-line basis. No appointment necessary. Computer problems are generally taken care of within 3 working days, but may vary during busy periods.
We have priority and urgent rates for people requiring jobs done quicker than normal. Priority and Urgent services have a standard surcharge on top of the hourly rate. Priority Service available by appointment only.

Onelink Priority Service - Computer problems are completed within 24 hours of drop-off if possible. Priority service is only available Monday to Friday. Call-outs needed to be done the same day while we are already booked up will be charged a priority surcharge.
Onelink Urgent Service - Computer problems are given immediate priority and are worked on uninterrupted till completion. Callouts needed immediately will be charged an urgent surcharge.
Onelink Onsite Service - We are available for callouts throughout the year, with higher rates for outside of normal working hours. We can also do pickups for offsite work with a charge for pickup.
Onelink Quotes - We can provide estimates for computer problems after being assessed, at a charge of $35. Costs given over the phone regarding services and hardware are always estimates only. Please keep in mind, that problems arise all the time. The $35 is a base fee for all computer and peripheral repairs.

Terms
- All service is charged by the half hour. Saturdays and 'after hours' are charged at time and a half. Sundays and public holidays are charged at double time when technician is available.
- Onsite minimum charge is $75 for computers and peripherals. Offsite minimum charge is $35.
- Offsite pick-up charge is $25
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Debit Card and Credit Card. PST & GST will apply. - Overdue Onelink accounts are charged late fees and collection costs.
